Suggestion: Do it for just a little LONGER and a little HARDER
This pertains to exercise. I have been getting on the treadmill three times a week. My routine consists of walking then running (at intense speed) then walking, then running again. Get the idea!
Anyway, whatever your routine has been, try doing it 1-2 more minutes longer...and possibly just a little harder or faster (depending on what you are doing).
**Please tell us all your experiences while trying this out**

I am not a runner, but decided to add running onto the end of my uphill walking. I am surprised how long I can go and it feels great. I went an extra 7 minutes today. We'll see about 8 tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteHow funny, I did this today before I even read this post. I go to a very informal exercise class, and they have circuits set up for us and we all do what we can. I usually do the circuits twice before I keel over, but today I pushed myself to do them three times (like recommended). I only had to push through the first couple exercises before I felt like I got a second wind or something, and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be to do it three times. I will keep this good advice in mind while I'm exercising!
