Ok...so the last post only had 2 responses...I hope it was because you were all exercising and moving instead of sitting in front of the computer!
Here's another one for you:
Do some sort of weight lifting to build up your muscles.
By adding muscle tone to your body, you will actually lose inches faster/quicker/better.
Suggestions:
sit-ups
push-ups
lunges
calf raises
squats
free weights (there are a variety of things to do in this area)

I have never been a fan of doing weights, but a few months ago I started doing the biggest loser work out videos with my mom and I think it is actually helping me lose weight!!!
